Learn how to assess and manage daily and long term health from a Yoga Therapy paradigm. Amy has created assessment tools and lifestyle interventions called the “Optimal State of Living”™ (OSOL™). This workshop gives an overview of how to recognize and manage trauma through daily self-care. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of students. Whether you have experienced trauma yourself, or you work with trauma, this workshop will provide you useful guidelines relevant to trauma and healing. The workshop is designed for beginning to advanced students and health care providers. This course will provide insights into how to recognize when we are out of balance and how to create an “Optimal State Of Living”. It is also applicable for Yoga Teachers, Yoga Therapists and health care practitioners who would like to know how to help their clients find health & healing.
