Trauma, Healing & The Brain Workshop looks at how trauma impacts our brain and nervous system and ways to create healthy lifestyle, wellness and overall well being. This workshop lecture gives an overview of neuroscience and yogic philosophy as they pertain to trauma. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of students. Whether you have experienced trauma yourself, or you work with trauma, this workshop will provide you useful guidelines relevant to trauma and healing. The workshop is designed for beginning to advanced students and health care providers. This course will provide insights into how to recognize when we are out of balance and how to create an “Optimal State Of Living”.
