Examining Your Relationship with Food:

Food is to be enjoyed, savored and to provide nourishment mentally, emotionally and physically. Our first experiences as a baby begin with being nourished by food. So how did eating become so confusing? What should I eat? When should I eat it? How is it cooked? How often should I eat?
In this workshop we will get back to the basics of what is nourishing to eat, and also examine your emotional relationship with food. We will discuss your perception and how to “clean your lens” around food and emotions. We will provide a framework for you to take a fresh look at how to be nourished again by food, and to love your body too!
This workshop is 3-hours long. It is appropriate for anyone who is experiencing suffering around food, no matter what level of fitness. It is also designed to educate yoga teachers, yoga therapists, fitness professionals, health and lifestyle coaches, physical therapists and medical professionals so that they can better help their clients.
