Optimal State Training Programs Application Fee

This link is for students who are applying for any Optimal State Yoga or Yoga Therapy Training Program.

Steps for Completion of the Application Process:

1. When you register as a user on our website to begin the process of applying, please use your real name as your first and last name.  We require that you use your real name for your user name also. This will help us track your student activity and payments.  If you choose to use another name/ business name on your bank statement or credit card for payment, please let us know so that we can track you properly.  Thank you.

2.  Please submit your $50 application fee by purchasing this product.

3.  A copy of the correct application for your program is linked below.  You can download it from that page and fill it out by hand.  Then scan or take pictures of your application and send it to this email: applications@theoptimalstate.com.

4.  Please send us a picture of you so that we can have your picture on file.  Send it to this email: applications@theoptimalstate.com.

5.  Once you pay the fee and submit the application to the email above, we will review your application and then contact you to let you know if you have been accepted into the program.
