Join us for Saturday morning yoga asana  class in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains!  Enjoy a therapeutic based class that is developed to restore and renew you!  We are hoping to build a community of like-minded people who will have a spiritual home to come to and rest.

Come by 9:45 AM for the 10:00AM-11:15AM class at the retreat center.  The center is on Old Waterman Canyon Road at the bottom of the mountain, so it is much closer for people coming from a distance. This class is by donation (suggested $10).  A portion of the proceeds will go to feeding the homeless.  See for more details on the organization we are supporting.

Experience the peaceful and serene surroundings, with views of the mountains and a stream adjacent to the studio space. There are outdoor areas in nature to explore and take in the views and mountain air.  We can recommend hiking trails near by if you would like to hike before or after class.

You also have the option to take a mini-retreat in nature.  Spend the night on Friday and/or Saturday in the lovely guest quarters on the property.  Let us know if you are interested in this option and we can connect you with our hosts and property managers to arrange your stay.  There is option to make your own food or to have vegan food for you on site.

George will be the teacher most Saturdays, with Amy filling in on the occasional days he cannot be there.

Location: 2231 Old Waterman Canyon Road, San Bernardino, CA  92404
