Emotional Eating Level 1 & Stress Reduction Practice is a moderate effort, breath based healing experience.  This practice can be done in the privacy of your home, or anywhere you have the time and space for self care.  You should do this routine daily, as well as anytime you need to balance your emotional and mental state.  This practice is moderately active and is done standing and lying down.  Video run time is approximately 15 minutes.
