Sequencing of Yoga Classes for Specific Therapeutic Functions
Yoga Therapy is an up and coming field for all yoga teachers and yoga practitioners. Come learn from Amy, a top Yoga Therapist Trainer, how to sequence asana classes to meet individual therapeutic needs and the specific needs of small group yoga classes. This differs from the traditional yoga sequencing, which tries to give a workout and “do a little something for everyone” who shows up to the class. Take your class sequencing to the next lever and attend this workshop!
This workshop is great for yoga practitioners, yoga teachers, and yoga therapists who would like to learn more about the therapeutic sequencing of yogic postures and how we can use them for general health, well being and healing. We welcome anyone who is interested in this topic.
