This workshop is great for yoga practitioners, yoga teachers and yoga therapists who would like to learn more about the breath and experience the the power of this fundamental tool of yoga and yoga therapy. We welcome anyone who is interested in this topic.
This event is full for in-person attendance, but can be viewed streaming online live or for a limited time following the event.
During online live streaming, you may experience unavoidable interruptions due to internet limitations and your computer hardware capability. However, within several weeks of the event, the recording will be posted online and available for at least 45 days from the time of posting. You will receive a private video link for both the live stream and the recorded video via email that is unique for you and is not to be shared with others. The recorded video files will be fully tested and should play on most current PC or Mac computers and devices provided you have updated software and a properly functioning computer or device.
