Do you feel uncomfortable in your skin? Could you be happier and more at peace with yourself and your body? Then this workshop is for you!
Sometimes we need a “carrot”, not a stick, when it comes to weight management. The punishing stick only works for so long and then we rebel. But the carrot is something to strive for, something nourishing to take us forward into the best version of ourselves. This workshop will help you figure out what “your own unique carrot is” and how you can move forward into a healthier body and mind.
This workshop is 3-hours long. It is appropriate for anyone who is experiencing suffering around food, no matter what level of fitness. It is also designed to educate yoga teachers, yoga therapists, fitness professionals, health and lifestyle coaches, physical therapists and medical professionals so that they can better help their clients. You are welcome to take any 1 of the four Yoga Therapy for Emotional Eating workshops in the series, or join us for all 4!
